Well-Being Therapy
Well-being therapy is based on the belief that each person has the answers to why they don’t feel ok. Together we explore your life holistically to determine what is & isn’t working for you, what needs attention & what self-care strategies are required. This deep wisdom is accessible to everyone with appropriate guidance.
For many of us living in our modern world where much of our lives are on autopilot, this wisdom is often obscured or completely concealed.
My role as your therapist, is to provide that guidance to reveal thoughts & beliefs that no longer serve you & to shine a light on your true self- & the real issues/beliefs & values that align with your innate wisdom.
Please contact Sally to arrange a free discovery call on Zoom or by phone, or to book a session.
Bereavement Therapy
A holistic approach to loss & grief in all its manifestations- perhaps the loss of a loved one, a job, your hopes & dreams or maybe your health.
Whilst you’re grieving, it’s important to allow yourself to mourn. Mourning is the observable grief process, characterised by expressing & releasing our pain by talking to people we trust with our pain & crying when tears wish to be released. Many people fight against grief, trying to hold it in, put on a brave face or they try to get over it quickly- often due to pressure from their own upbringing but also from other people. None of these things are necessary or desirable.
Grief is not a linear process, nor is it predictable or the same for everyone. Every situation is completely unique.
We will explore how to best resource yourself & practice good self-care on this profound & beautiful growth journey. Most of us benefit from a plan to maintain essential activities whilst we grieve. It’s also possible to enjoy aspects of your life such as the birth of a new baby in the family whilst also grieving.
Life is not black & white & we can absolutely find new ways of being with help from others who can help us practically & emotionally by providing the loving care & support you need at this time.
Grief is a natural process & it is ok to feel your feelings- whether they are sad, angry, fearful, hopeless- whatever emotions are there, they are all ok. Let them be, welcome them as you would guests in your home.
By accepting what is, we can learn to allow the process to take its natural course without trying to control or change anything.
Nothing is permanent & grief too, shall pass.
Please contact Sally to arrange in person or live on Zoom sessions.

Professional Background
My training & experiences as a Registered Nurse, Counsellor, Tertiary Educator, Celebrant & Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) Health Coach; as well as being a Mindfulness Mentor; enable me to see each client through a completely holistic lens, encompassing 12 pillars of IIN health including the benefits of exercise, purposeful nutrition, hydration, sleep, rest & restoration – the foundational elements of a person’s life, essential for overall well-being.
True well-being is achieved when a person has explored all the dimensions of what it means to be human.
- our mind & all its activity;
- our heart/feelings;
- our physical body
- our spiritual life- our connection to a higher power in the Universe. Finding faith- whatever that looks like for you & coming to understand that we are each playing an important part in the complex tapestry of life, enables us to feel fully alive & connected.
Living a life on purpose, with intention & for the greater good is enormously rewarding and fulfilling.
Together we can explore the topics that are relevant to you at this moment- the thoughts, feelings & beliefs that have formed over your life & how they are influencing you now. It may be necessary to address & let go of past experiences/ pain or trauma in order to be free & happy today.
This is a gentle approach & you are in control of how the process unfolds- at your speed & frequency & in ways that have the most significant meaning for you.
Please contact Sally if you are wondering how to make changes in your life but have no idea where to start. We can discuss options to find the best way forward for you.
